Dell update

 I'd love to say they saw the light and just sent me another laptop immediately but that didn't happen. When I started my social media blitz to get their attention they finally got sick of hearing from me and over-nighted me a replacement on the 29th and the next day they sent back the dead one too... I called them and asked why...They didn't know why...I had them send me a return sticker and it's going back on Monday...What a way to run a business......
