Here's my beef...Meet Loaf (when you make it everyone will want to meet you to get a piece)
Directions:
Put the oven at 375 to warm up and pour the chef their favorite cocktail for making this amazing dish.
In a large bowl mix:
2 lbs of 80/20 ground beef
2 eggs
2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
1 package of cheesy taco seasoning
1/2 cup steak sauce (your choice)
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp garlic paste

On a cooking sprayed baking sheet form your meet loaf.
Put some more steak sauce on top
Place 4 slices of Mozzarella on top of that
Add 2 slices of thick cut bacon
Put some more steak sauce on top
Place 4 slices of Mozzarella on top of that
Add 2 slices of thick cut bacon
Put that monster in the oven for 45 minutes and then take it out to rest for about 10 minutes. Goes great with Potato Grenades (another recipe) Accept all the praise and have another glass! Enjoy!!
